Erin, her husband, and 2 kids set off to explore the wild west in a pop-up camper, eventually ending back up in Florida with an upgraded travel trailer (have to have air conditioning in the south!). Along with their 2 yellow labs, the family spends every spare minute camping, relaxing at the beach, paddleboarding in Florida’s gorgeous springs, or road-tripping. There’s never a dull moment!
